This was done based off a concept sketch I saw on DA i thought it would be cool to make a gun out of.

Thanks to :iconrsandberg: for drawing such an awesome picture!

This is the first gun i have models and was quite happy with the results i may have to go back and make some tweaks

All comments and favs are most welcome! ^_^

free critique.
I faved it, and here's what i think would be interesting... texture it! This looks really cool, i'd fear anyone with this thing.
Also, the finger gaurd doesn't make it all the way to the handle, there's a gap. That would make the gaurd a little unstable, but that may have been the idea.
Very cool gun, i think i'll have a look at the drawing.

Thanks very much for the comment, I keep the design as the concept was in the original person drawing also they explain why they designed it that way reason below.

I did not want to attach the trigger guard as to communicate the trigger assembly was modular/removable and also I thought it added a bit of whimsy.

I really want to texture it but i suck at it, and the way I have modelled it makes it hard to uvw unwrap, but i will give it a go.

Well done! I am so honored you chose to use one of my design as reference for your work. I love the details you added. The tessellation and modeling looks sound and I like how the detail is sculpted in mesh. Can I get a copy of the 3D file for my archive? I can’t wait to see the textured version!

Cheers,
Rob
